How Much Do You Charge For UK Shipping?
Shipping to UK mainland is £3.95 per order. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 24 - 1-3 Working Day Service after dispatch confirmation. Please allow up-to 4 days before contacting us if your parcel hasn't arrived. We process all orders daily. Last orders at 2.30pm.
In a hurry or just can't wait to get your hands on our goodies then don't worry. We have a special next day delivery option. Please make sure you select it at checkout. Orders need to be placed before 1pm. Service applies Monday-Friday. If you order on a Friday then your order will be delivered on the following Monday.
Special delivery is £9.95.
Free Standard UK shipping is available for all orders £25 and above. This service will require a signature on delivery. Item may be sent with either Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD. If you have a specific courier that you prefer to use. Please email us before placing your order. We usually choose the most cost effective service so if there is a difference in price you will be notified.

Why Do Your Fragrant Wax Melts Burn So Well?
This is because we only use a high quality organic Soy Wax which has a lower melting point than most paraffin waxes. This helps to “release” the fragrance into the room.
How Should I Keep My Melts / Tarts In Their Best Condition?
Our wax melts need no special attention to keep them at their best. Just follow these simple steps. Keep your melts at normal room temperature (about 20 deg. Celsius). Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.

Orders are shipped within 1 working day (Monday to Friday). We aim to deliver your order in the UK within 3-5 working days. Sometimes we run short of stock in a particular size and/or fragrance. If a delay is expected, we will contact you to offer you an alternative size or fragrance. If this is unsuitable, we will refund your money and let you know when that particular item is ready for dispatch usually within a few days). Delivery timescales outside of the UK vary by destination.
I Recently Received Order & Items Arrived Damaged In Transport. Will You Exchange Them Please?
If there is a problem with any of the products in your order, just let us know by sending an email email@example.com
If you can, please send us photographs of the damaged items. We will refund or exchange any items that you are not 100% happy with. We may sometimes ask you to return the items in their original packaging to help us to find out what went wrong in the delivery process.
